By popular demand, I’ve created an individual program for ladies (and men!) who want to complete the 30-day program on their own time.

Register anytime – you choose which Monday you start.  Allow one week minimum (two weeks is better so we don’t have to split shipments) after you register to allow for shipping of your 7 Day MySmartStart, nutritionals, smoothies and bars. You’ll get your login details within 3 days of registering and have access to the Prep Week content and goodies.
