Carmen Marshall developed this program and I am thrilled to partner with her because it dovetails with my mission of helping you to transform your life and create the healthiest lifestyle you can.

By teaching healthy habits that start with a healthy mind about food we are off to a great start. Every person is a story that we inspire with hope, health and freedom so that you can reach the goals you desire. When your focus is consistent it opens doors to your dreams, relationships are nourished and life is lived! 

It’s important to know what foods & lifestyle make us feel our best. Aging doesn’t have to mean gaining weight and losing vibrancy and energy. I have not bought into that belief that weight gain and energy loss just happens as you age.  I know how to get better with age and it takes a different belief paradigm!
